Located in Umbria, halfway between Todi and Deruta (just 16 km), 3 kms away from the nearest village and less than half an hour from Perugia (35 km), Casale Country Chic is conveniently located: well-connected, not isolated and overlooking the unspoiled landscape of the countryside.

The nearest airport is Perugia S. Egidio (36 km) while the Airports of Rome Ciampino and Rome Fiumicino are respectively 156 km and 184 km away.

The access to the quickroad is 3 km away and it represents a quick connection to (about one hour and a half) and Florence (about two hours).

Description of buildings

The farmhouse covers an area of about 300 sqm and is surrounded by two hectares of hilly and panoramic land. 

The property on two levels is composed as follows: the ground floor hosts a spacious living-room with stone fireplace that overlooks a beautiful porch with fireplace on the entrance side and a pergola on the opposite side, a large masonry kitchen/dining-room, one bedroom with a large window/door and a bathroom.

The upper floor with access from the kitchen, consists of three en-suite bedrooms and reading room with masonry kitchen and breakfast area, characterized by exposed stone walls and three large windows with views of the valley. 

The attic room hosts a fine wooden mezzanine.

State and finishing

The farmhouse was built in the typical Umbrian rural architecture: stone chimneys, external and internal staircases made of cotto, floors with beams and tiles, cotto floors of different size anda skilful use of brick and tiles to finish rails and jumbs.

External areas

A path that can be traveled by car, leads directly to the porch and to the main entrance of the property surrounded by a lovely lawn with olive trees.

Not far away from the farmhouse, there is a panoramic terrace overlooking the valley with stone paved pergola, ideal for al fresco dining and a few metres to the swimming-pool.
