It is only 3 kmk to the access to the highway that represents a quick connection to Rome (about one and a half hour) and Florence (about two hours).

Building description

The farmhouse covers about 340 square meters, set on two levels plus a turret.

A porch overlooking the garden gives access to the living-room: one large room divided by wide brick arches into a hall, a living-room with fireplace and a kitchen/dining-room (also with fireplace). In this floor there also two en-suite bedrooms and a bathroom serving the living area.

The upper level is also accessible from the outside, thanks to a beautiful double staircase, which culminates in a terrace porch. This floor hosting the sleeping area consists of three en-suite bedrooms, from one of which it is possible to enter the kitchen/living-room in the dovecote tower.

State and finishing

Casale dei Poeti has been designed with great attention to the architectural details and to the choice of materials typical of country in Umbria: exterior exposed stone, bricks to finish the windows, interior arches and chimneys, cotto floors, ceilings with beams and tiles.

The double staircase of access to the first floor - decorated with a beautiful enlightened fountain - along with the porch and terrace, convey further prestige to the dwelling.
