The "Casetta del Monastero" is a XIX century country house near an old Monastery, it is located in the Umbrian countryside overlooking Spoleto historic centre, with breathtaking view of Spoleto Fortress.

Surrounded by ancient olivegroves and woods, the property is just 3 kilometers away from Spoleto, reachable in 20 minutes by an easy level pathway in the peaceful nature.

It is an ideal starting point for numerous hiking and nature trails through the woods and surrounding hills.

Take your time to have a rest, breath and leave the chaotic world behind.

At guests' disposal a private garden where eat or indulge in relaxation, a children's playground, parking. Small pets are allowed, please inform us in advance. Dinner service also available.

Guests could enjoy a daily buffet breakfast (extra cost) served in the 13th century old monastery converted in charming hotel, just few steps away.

Apartments

The county house is a fully restored former rural school of the XIX century.

There are 2 units on the ground floor and 2 units on the first floor. They are all furnished in the typical Umbrian country style and composed by a living/dining room with kitchenette and double comfortable sofabed, large private bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a panoramic view on the valley of Spoleto.

All apartments can accommodate up to 4 people but one on the ground floor (with bathroom for disabled) that is 1 room-studio flat and can host up to 2 people.

Staying in the apartment guests can access the closeby Monastery, having an aperitivo in the monastery's terraces or in the beautiful reading room, or going there to have an organic breakfast.

Weekly rate for 2 people in high season: 500 Euros + 40 euros for final cleanings

Nightly rate for 2 people in high season: 80 Euros + 20 euros for each extra guest (uo to 4 guests)

The price includes bed linen and towels (changed one per week), internet and utilities (heating to be paid extra). Final cleanings for a stay of more than 4 nights have to be paid apart, 40 eros/apartment.
