These amazing apartments are part of a property located 3 minutes driving distance from Spoleto (20 minutes walking distance) overlooking the entire historic centre of Spoleto in a great panoramic hilly position, breathtaking views of the city!
The country house consists on 3 buildings with a traditional county style outside and a mix of tradition and modern style inside. It has been perfectly restored maintaining the original stone walls, the ceilings with wooden beams, together with modern kitchens and bathrooms, stylish furniture.
2 Apartments offered, each one sleeps 2+2.
They both have a spacious living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2, very comfortable with high mattress), open kitchen, 1 bedroom and modern bathroom with shower.
One apartment is on the ground floor and has wifi connection everywhere, the other apartment is on the first floor with outside terrace and table to be shared with another apartment, it has wifi connection on the wifi area of the park.
The park offers a swimming pool (salt water, without chlorine), multiple sitting/lounging areas to enjoy dining alfresco or just to take in the view and spectacular sunsets. Jacuzzi, barbecue corner, fitness room for guests to enjoy.
Through an easy footpath in the countryside in 20 minutes you can reach Spoleto historic centre on foot, its shops, restaurants and monuments.
The country house has 7 holiday apartments. If needed, they can be rented by a large group of people for a meeting or a special event (party - wedding).
Notes on rental rates:
Rental rate includes WI FI internet (the smaller apartment has wifi internet connection everywhere, the larger apartments has wifi outside in a wifi area if the park that is close to the apartment, with a bench), bedroom linens and bathroom towels, utilities (electricity, heating, illimited hot water), a "Welcome kit" and toiletries on arrival. The cost for final cleanings is not included in the rental rate, it is 40 Euros, to be paid on arrival. Final cleanings are included in case of a short stay (less than 4 nights).
