Noble Apartment

This elegant frescoed apartment with its lovely frescoes, is located in one of the most beautiful buildings in Spoleto with a lovely decorated XV century facade, it overlooks the main square of the historic centre.

It has a shared courtyard where is possible to put a table and chairs.

The apartment features a very spacious living room with beautifully decorated high-vaulted ceilings dating back to the XV century. From the living room you can enjoy amazing sunsets while sitting on the sofa in front of the fireplace. This room can be easily converted into a second bedroom (the extra comfortable sofa bed sleeps 2), that can be private because it's not necessary to pass through the living room to reach the master bedroom and the 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is large with remains of ancient frescoes, decorative high ceilings, a television and a modern en suite bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower.

The apartment has a second bathroom with walk-in shower, a study room (2 single beds may be added), and modern eat-in kitchen with satellite TV with international channels.

The apartment has been fully restored with new bathrooms and kitchen and it maintains the original handmade cotto tiles and beautiful frescoes.

It also has a shared courtyard that is generally very quiet, where you can relax while sitting outdoors.

The location is perfect. The nearby square (Piazza del Mercato) lies in the heart of the oldest part of Spoleto. In the morning you can enjoy a small outdoor farmers' market. The Piazza was once the original Roman Forum so it is still possible to admire the ancient Roman Arch, the remains of a Roman temple and a well-preserved Roman house with lovely mosaics floors. The apartment can be easily reached by an underground set of travellators and elavators connecting the nearby square to a parking lot that is located just out the medieval walls of the town. In 10 minutes guests can easily go from the parking lot to the apartment, even with luggage thanks to the mechanized paths.
