Location

The Casale di Alice is splendid little country house, located in a hilly and picturesque location overlooking the suggestive Umbrian valley. 

Despite being immersed in the lush vegetation of the countryside, its position is extremely convenient: the cities of Todi and Deruta are just 15 minutes away. The nearest village is 3 kms away.

Perugia and its airport can be reached in under a half an hour, while Rome’s Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports are 156 km and 184 km respectively. 

Just 3 km from the residence is the entrance to the main highway, which represents a rapid link to both Rome (about an hour and a half drive) and Florence (about a two hour drive).

Description

The country house is on one level and occupies a surface area of approximately 83 square meters. 

It includes a beautiful porch overlooking the valley and an open living area, comprised of a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen. 

The sleeping area is made up of two bedrooms, each with a private bath.

Finishings

This country house is in pristine condition. 

The internal atmosphere is warm and inviting, thanks to both the ceiling, with its typical framework in wooden beams and terracotta tiles, as well as the handmade terracotta floors.

External spaces

The property, which extends all around the house for about half hectare, is of carefully kept lawn and is embellished with a multitude of olive trees and beautiful oaks. 

The building’s driveway, which leads directly to the house’s front entrance, is car-accessible and is flanked by a circular pool of 3-metres in diameter, with heating and whirlpool functions. It has been recently built a sheltered porch out of the country house to have a shade in the outside area.

The rental rate includes the free use of a nearby Fitness Center, at easy walking distance: it includes Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath, massaging armchair, tapis roulant, spinning bikes, indoor rower, step, universal machines for weightlifting. The fitness centre is free and upon request,  times of use have to be arranged with the property manager of the country house.
