Lovely cottage in the green Umbrian countryside at easy driving distance from Spoleto.

The cottage has its own private garden with outside dining area, gazebo and barbecue. The property has an indipendent access and parking space.

The cottage is within a larger park with a shared pool and tennis court.

In the park there is a villa where guests can reserve massages on demand and participate in thematic meetings of an association that has its base in the villa. The park with beautiful mature trees is quiet and guests will have privacy in the private garden of the cottage.

Cottage Il Limone has been recently restored and is well appointed with decorated walls. It features a living room with double sofa bed, an open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with both walk in shower and bathtub.

This cottage is ideal for families with children that like to relax and enjoy Umbria region having a base near the charming city of Spoleto.

Basic shops 10 minutes driving distance,  a supermarket is less than 5 minutes driving distance.

In Spoleto there are museums, shops, monuments, events and many good restaurants.

A large number of attractions and activities are available on demand: guided tours, nature walks, farm tours, cooking classes, in house chef, tasting tours, outdoor adventures (rafting, outdoor parks for children, horse riding...), bike rental, trekking and much more.

On request at an extra weekly rate, is possible to have children participating to the Summer Campus at the shared pool, every morning except Sunday. There is a small group of children with teachers that use the pool a few hours just in the morning and have breakfast at the villa. This may be an extra service ideal for those parents that need free time to visit Umbria while their children have fun in the pool or in the larger park doing activities with other children, under the supervision of experienced adults. Some teachers also speak English.
