The apartment is located on the second floor of a period building in the historic center of Spoleto, between the Cathedral and the Medieval Fortress. It is easily reached by car, bus, or by foot. The train station is about a 20 minute walk down the hill. The apartment is located just a short walk from all of the sights, and it's close to several markets, monuments, restaurants and cafes.

This lovely apartment is composed of a comfortable living space with a kitchen, a dining area with sofa, and a flat screen TV.  There is a romantic bedroom that features traditional cotto tiles and wooden beams. The bathroom contains a shower, a window and modern washing machine for your convenience.

The apartment has been fully restored with a new bathroom and kitchen and the original handmade cotto tiles and wooden beams have been preserved.

Guests have access to a space on the same floor with a little balcony where they can sit and have a glass of wine or read a book. Nearby are travel guides, news about events or guided tours, a small library in English and the Guest Book.
