This large elegant apartment is located in one of the most distinctive areas of Spoleto's historical center. It is near the Torre dell'Olio, a medieval high tower in a charming area with several shops, monuments, churches and restaurants.

It is the perfect size for a family, or a couple who enjoys more space. The apartment is on the second floor of an ancient building and extends over one floor for a total area of 125 square metres.

There is a very spacious living room that features several decorative arches resting on ornate corbels. This room contains two comfortable sofas and a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. There are two large bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and ample storage space.   There is an additional living room/study area that can be converted into a third bedroom by adding two fold-up single beds.

There is a well-equipped eat-in kitchen and one bathroom with a shower.

The apartment's interior is sunny and the views from the windows are very characteristic of Spoleto: ancient roofs, people walking, ancient stone walls, and remains of ancient towers dating back to when Spoleto was a noble and powerful town. The apartment is easily reached by car because it is on the border of a pedestrian area. There is parking nearby for your convenience.
