La Dama

La Dama is a lovely studio located on the third and top floor of a period building in the historic center of Spoleto, between the Cathedral and the Medieval Fortress.

It is easily reached by car, bus, or by foot. The train station is about a 20 minute walk down the hill. The apartment is located just a short walk from all of the sights, and it's close to markets, monuments, restaurants and cafes.

The studio is well appointed. It resembles a small tower and features windows on all sides and an abundance of natural light with views of old tiled rooftops. The queen sized bed faces a flat screen TV mounted on the wall and there is a kitchenette with a small dining area. The studio has a beautiful bathroom with a washing machine, window and glass shower.

The apartment has been fully restored with a new bathroom and kitchen. The original handmade cotto tiles and lovely wooden beams on the ceiling have been preserved.

Guests have access to a space on the same floor with a little balcony where they can sit and have a glass of wine or read a book. Nearby are guides, news about events and guided tours, a small library in English and the Guest Book.
