The Red Passion Penthouse is a unique top floor apartment located on the third floor of a historic building in one of the most beautiful and central areas of Spoleto.
Located across from the Opera House, the apartment is just a short walk to the Cathedral, as well a variety of a shops and traditional restaurants.
The focal point of the studio is an inviting queen-size bed perched on a regal platform with decorated steps.
It faces several scenic windows that feature remote controlled curtains as an added luxury.
The apartment is exceptionally luminous due to the large number of windows that surround the main room. Here you can enjoy magnificent views of the city's charming tower bells, rooftops, and
church domes, as well as expansive views of the Umbrian countryside in the distance.

The studio includes a small modern kitchenette, dining table, upholstered chaise lounge and an abundance of storage. The bathroom exudes warmth and coziness with its sumptuous bathtub

For your convenience, there is also a modern shower and additional storage space.
The apartment has been entirely restored preserving the original ceiling with its impressive traditional wooden beams. The decor is drenched in rich tones of red which adds a bold yet sensual
ambience to the space. The main room has access to a recessed area on the lower level where you may store your luggage or clothing.

There is a garage available at an extra weekly cost, on request. There is also a covered parking garage 10 inutes walking distance, also connected with underground travellators and elevators,
and a bus stop nearby. Spoleto's train station is an easy walk from the apartment.
