Villa Leoni is an historical residence in San Severino Marche where to spend an enjoyable stay with all the facilities you desire, surrounded by a typical Italian landscape: the green and fertile hills of Macerata, rich in history, art, traditions and tastes.

It was the ancient residence of Coletti family, who also owned the land around it since the Eighteenth century.

Between 1996 and 2000, La Villa was restored to its former glory, with a constant recovery and restoration work led in its interior and exterior part, performed thanks to the local craftsmen’s skilled hands. Between 2014 and 2015, the annex was added, enriched with fine finishes and sophisticate domotic systems, to integrate the charm and the atmosphere of the past with all the comforts and facilities of the present.

With its versatile and big spaces, La Villa can accommodate up to 35/40 people in chic and refined rooms and suites, finished with high-quality materials and fully equipped with all the comforts.

La Villa was recently renovated and it’s a brand new reality in this rising territory such as Le Marche Region, rich in art, history, nature, food and wine.

Accomodation

The rooms and suites of La Villa are flexible and customizable to meet different needs of stay: medium or long, leisure or business, 35/40 people, in complete autonomy. Each accomodation offers guests comfort, charm and privacy, in the sign of elegance and functionality.

Piano Nobile

It’ s the place where ancient atmosphere comes to life, underneath vault ceilings. The main building of the structure is distinguished for its elegant furniture and its refined details and can hosts up to 19 people. Independent rooms and apartments are all provided with private bathrooms, air-conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and TV. Piano Nobile is also equipped with a large kitchen and a living area enriched by a marble fireplace, to spend relaxing times in a beautiful framework of a noble villa. Guests have also access to the open-air gym, the swimming-pool and the surrounding park, equipped with a bio vegetable garden, kids play area and pets area to spend relaxing time in a beautiful scenery.

Composition:

All rooms are located on the first floor. It can be divided into two areas: Main floor (Rooms 1 to 5) and Mezzanine (Rooms 8 and 9)

- 2 Double Rooms: Double bed, en suite bathroom

- 2 Triple rooms: Double bed, single bed and en suite bathroom

- 1 Apartments: Double bed + 2 single beds can be added, en suite bathroom, kitchenette and lounge. Can accommodate up to 4 people

- Mezzanine: 1 Double Room with double bed, en suite bathroom; 1 Triple room (exterior bathroom private)

Rustico

Elegant and comfortable, this building can hosts up to 10 people and consists of independent rooms and apartments with private bathrooms, heating and air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. Large windows in the living-room situated in the ground floor, offer a bright and wonderful view on the green park and the surrounding hills of Le Marche. With its large and fully equipped kitchen, guests are provided with all the  facilities in complete privacy and exclusivity, also thanks to an autonomous entrance and an instant access to the open-air gym and the swimming-pool. The ground floor is accessible to disabled. Guests have also an exclusive use of a small garden equipped with a barbecue area and an open-air kitchen. The open-air gym, the swimming-pool and the surrounding park with all its comforts are also accessible to guests during their stay.

Dependance

The building, autonomous, functional and elegant can hosts up to 10 people, and consists of independents rooms and apartments with private bathroom, floor heating, Wi-Fi and TV. The Depandance also provides its guests with a warm and welcoming living area with a fully equipped kitchen for an exclusive use only. An enchanted and quiet garden with a barbecue area is also available to spend relaxing outdoor evening. The ground floor is accessible to disables. Guests have also access to the open-air gym, the swimming-pool and the surrounding park, equipped with a bio vegetable garden, kids play area and pets area to spend their time in a relaxing atmosphere.

Noble room

This elegant room is located on the upper floors of the historic Villa. Finely decorated with beautiful armchairs and sofas, surrounded by classic décor with vaulted ceilings and a very elegant and comfortable fireplace. It is the ideal place for hosting high-level meetings, small presentations (up to 50 people), cocktails and aperitif, all in a cozy and informal atmosphere.
