Il Cortile, located in the historical center of Spello, is a delightful compact townhouse with one bedroom and one bathroom, making it an ideal house for up to three adults or a family of four.

Upon entering, your are greeted by vibrant colors, retro furniture, beautiful carpets, eye catching art and a wonderful view over the rolling hills of the Chiona Valley. Wifi.

No car needed, from the apartment, set in quiet location, it is possible to walk to restaurants, shops, monuments, squares.

The guests of Apartment Il Cortile and Apartment Limone have the possibility to use exclusively the garden (360qm) just few meters below the apartments with a wonderful view to the Chiona Valley.

The open living room has lounge chairs, satellite TV and a large sofa which can be converted into a double bed. Further inside, you will find a cosy dining area and a simple but well-equipped kitchen.

A bedroom with a king-size bed, carefully selected bed linen and a large window overlooking the Umbrian hills. From the bedroom a staircase leads to the lower level of the flat, where you will find a bathroom and french doors that open onto the courtyard. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, an antique wash basin and a spacious shower. The apartment is air conditioned.

French doors give access to a lovely private terrace overlooking the Umbrian hills. On the terrace there are two sunbeds, two lounge chairs and a small table

Indoor Area:

– Living area: kitchen-and-dining area, and a three-seater sofa (convertible into a double bed), satellite TV, kitchen. Air Conditioning. A doorway leads to the bedroom and bathroom.

– Master bedroom: king-size bed and a window with a fantastic view of the Umbrian Hills. Air Conditioning.

– A staircase leads to the luxury bathroom with rain shower, toilet and antique stone basin.

Outdoor Area:

– Small terrace with two chairs, two comfortable loungers and a table.

In case guests want additional cleaning they need to let us know at least 1 week before arrival and the cost is 22 € per hour

Il Limone is just 50 meters away from the other properties of the same owner – easy walk. The properties have a similar style and quality level, same property management and can be rented simultaneously at a reduced rate, for large groups or multigenerational families looking for a good base to visit Umbria and central Italy.

 

The 2 gardens of Villa Splendida and Villa Giulia can be unified opening a gate and obtaining a large property with spacious garden and 2 pools.

  

NON PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS, April and October

Cortile Apartment is also a good option in the low season. This is when the cities gets less crowded, temperatures are lower but still around 15/25 degrees Celsius in the central hours of the day. Autumn is a very colourful season and the light is beautiful. In October there is the hand-picking of olives and grapes, while in spring the region enjoys warm temperatures and a beautiful flowering of fruit trees and poppies.
